July 9-14, 2017
Bored? This means you are feeling weary, because one is unoccupied or lacks interest in one’s current activity. If this is true, you must give Outdoor Adventure week a try! This week’s campers will experience a wide variety of outdoor and wilderness activities such as trail hiking, tree and leaf identification, mountain biking, swimming, canoeing, rock climbing, high ropes, and low ropes course, archery, and 22 target range. Most activities during the week will be conducted off campus for the day only. Breakfast, supper, and cabin lodging will be at Baptist Park. There is one night of tenting under the stars located close to restrooms, if weather permits. Scott Ashby will lead this adventure week again, while Josh Duncan will be leading us in the topic of taking a stand for Jesus in this changing world based on the book of Daniel. Evening chapel services, along with daily devotional points, will challenge us to stand firm in our world view and the actions we take. Don’t wait until the last minute. This camp will fill up fast. See you there!
