Growing up as a PK (Preacher’s Kid) Todd has spent the last 36
years in full time missions.  He continues learning that God’s
plans are so much more than he could think or imagine,
including starting a leadership development coaching business in
2020.  Bringing a background and rich depth in non-profit
administration, finance and leadership, Todd carries a lifetime of
experience and added value to his leadership development
coaching.  He partners with a dynamic leadership development
company called GiANT Worldwide and enjoys offering one on
one and group coaching. Along with his coaching business he
works alongside his wife, Karla, in ministry extending the
Kingdom of God to the poor and hurting in Cambodia and
Thailand.  Todd loves basketball, reading, and all things fitness
and nutrition.

Having taken many personality tests, it is clear Todd was not born a leader!  Yet over the years God has given him opportunities to lead so learning to lead has been a lifelong process!  During our day together Todd will share not only his leadership struggles but the tools that he has learned and uses to effectively lead in a international missions organization.  Walk away with a greater understanding of what it is like being on the other side of you, learn how to build trust through thoughtful communication and understand simple yet powerful tools that help you fight for the highest good of the church/team that you lead.

Although you may not believe you are gifted to be a leader you always have INFLUENCE. Through Todd’s expansive knowledge on leadership development he will help train all of us on how to use leadership skills to INFLUENCE.
